AGE REQUIREMENTS

• For Nursery - at least 3 years old by June
• For Kindergarten - at least 4 years old by June
• For Prep - at least 5 years old by June
• For Grade 1 - at least 6 years old by June

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate
• Three (1" X 1") ID Pictures
• Medical Certificate

TRANSFEREES FROM OTHER SCHOOLS

Transferees from other schools are admitted only if accommodations are available after having passed the qualifying entrance examination. Report Card (Form 138) must be presented upon application for entrance test. Other requirements shall be submitted only if they qualify for admission. Form 137 or the permanent record of the child is a requirement for admission of transferees. Pupils are considered to be conditionally/temporarily enrolled until the document is submitted to the Grade School Office.

ICCSians (OLD PUPILS)

Old pupils must present their report card (ICCS Form 138) upon payment of fees on enrollment schedule. These cards are returned to them after the first quarter properly stamped "Used for Admission".

OTHER POLICIES

- A pupil shall be considered only upon payment of tution and other pertinent school fees.

- Fees, if paid by installment, should be settled as stipulated in prospectus and on individual ledger.

- If a pupil drops within the school year he/she must settle his/her outstanding account/s. In view thereof, the parents/guardians must secure a clearance form from the Registrar's Office as provided for the prospectus.
