GENERAL ADMISSION PROCEDURES
REQUIREMENTS
FOR ADMISSION
A.
Admission in the Immaculate Conception Cathedral School
is evident by the applicants’ commitment to abide
by the rules and regulations.

B. Students may be admitted upon presentation of the following
credentials:
- Form
138 with certificate of eligibility duly accomplished
and signed by the Principal.

Birth Certificate (Xerox copy)
-
Baptismal Certificate (xerox copy)
- Medical
Certificate (not more than a week old)
- Certificate
of Good Moral Character from the Principal of the previous
school attended
- Confidential
recommendation letter from the former Class Adviser and
Guidance Counselor (forms provided)
- Study
permit for foreign students
- Marriage
contract of parents (Xerox copy)
- 2
recent ID Pictures (1 x 1)
C.
Criteria for the Selection of New Student applicants:

Academic – good academic performance from last school
attended
- Conduct
- at least a grade of 80% in conduct/deportment
- Entrance
Test Result – Passing mark in the entrance examination
- No
derogatory records from previous school
D. Procedures (New Student Applicants):
-
Get your application form at the High School Cashier’s
Office after paying the application fee of 300.00 PhP.
- Fill-up
the form carefully and legibly by answering all the question
being asked, then submit it to the Registrar’s Office
together with the above-mentioned requirements.
- Test
permit and the date of examination will be issued/scheduled
by the Testing Officer.

Results will be posted on the Testing Office Bulletin
Board one week after the examination.
- Successful
applicants may pay the reservation fee of 500.00 PhP at
the Cashier’s Office.
NOTE: Reservation Fee is non-refundable and non- transferable
but it will be deducted from the tuition fee for the incoming
school year.

Schedule and requirements for enrollment will be posted
at the High School Bulletin Boards.
RE-ADMISSION
TO ICCS HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL
A. An ICCS student who failed in one subject will be re-admitted
to the next year level provided he passed the subject during
summer classes and NO SERIOUS DEROGATORY RECORDS in the
APSA Office.
B. An ICCS student who failed in two (2) subjects will be
re-admitted in ICCS but in the same year level and NO SERIOUS
DEROGATORY RECORDS in the APSA Office.
C. A student who failed in three (3) or more subjects will
NOT BE READMITTED to the school.
D. ICCS students who dropped for valid reasons during the
school year may be re-admitted the following school year,
without taking the entrance examination, upon compliance
with the existing regulations.
E. ICCS students who were asked to take the OPTION OF WITHDRAWAL
instead of dismissal due to SERIOUS VIOLATION of the school
rules and regulations during the school year will NOT BE
READMITTED the following school year.
F. Students who failed in two (2) consecutive years will
not be readmitted.
G. Students who transferred will be re-admitted, following
the same procedures for new students.
H. Transferees who are regular students will be admitted
to ICCS upon meeting the school’s regulations.
A
student is officially enrolled only when he/she has complied
with all enrollment procedures.
