The global technological and scientific setting of today withstands the phenomenal rate of growth of information technology. Every nation is concerned on the international trend on technology, pursuing studies to maintain their global competitiveness. While computer is at hand, and is a conclusive evidence of advancement in science and technology it is a task to maximize its purpose, primarily in education. Many educator’s nowadays uses computer-aided instructions (CAI) in delivering their lessons and lectures for it provides a clearer presentation of a certain subject matter. But then, computer is here not to replace human skills but rather to ease the burden of work and expand the learning horizon of students.

Our group’s objective is to design, develop, and implement a system that will cater to the needs of the whole ICCS community making each one attuned to the ever changing technology.
