The ICCS
has three-fold objective in the pursuit of this mission:
1.
As a school dedicated to Mary, the community of the ICCS is
missioned to an active witness of:
- charity
to the poor, the sick, and aged and lonely;
- purity,
by inculcating in the pupils the importance of modesty in
thought, word and in deed;
- humility
in the humble service of God and neighbor as Mary did.
2.
As a Cathedral school, the ICCS is committed to the propagation
of the Gospel ideal in the local Church through the witnessing
of the school academe as an evangelizing community of genuine
Christian love.
3.
As an educational institution for needed leadership and service
in the ecclesial community and the Filipino society at large,
the ICCS is entrusted with the task of providing the pupils
basic knowledge, skills, habits, values and appreciative attitudes
necessary to effectively prepare them for the secondary level
and to contribute in the building of a truly Filipino faith
community and society.
